PACKAGE FEE
Brighton & Hove only
A comprehensive EHCP-formatted OT report written to the highest professional standard, formatted so that local authorities can reference the wording directly when drafting your child’s plan. Includes a clear summary for parents and carers.
“We’re going through the EHCP process and we need a professional OT report that the local authority will take seriously.”
Best suited for: Families in the EHCP needs assessment process; parents seeking independent OT evidence to submit to Brighton & Hove City Council or another local authority; children being considered for or already named in specialist provision.
About the package fee: The £895 covers the full assessment, EHCP-formatted report, and one follow-up call. Work outside this scope — attendance at EHCP meetings, written responses to LA queries, or professional liaison — is charged additionally and will always be agreed with you in advance before any extra work begins.
Travel within Brighton & Hove is included. Travel beyond this area can be arranged and will be quoted separately.
While reports are written to the highest clinical standard, we cannot guarantee that the local authority will adopt our recommendations verbatim — the LA holds final responsibility for EHCP wording. We do not currently offer tribunal representation.
