At Milestones Paediatric Occupational Therapy, we are passionate about creating meaningful changes to people’s lives.
Founded by experienced occupational therapist Sian Wilson, our practice is built on the belief that every person’s journey is unique. We take time to listen and understand people’s strengths, challenges and situations so that our support is personalised, compassionate and effective.
To empower children, families and educators by providing expert and bespoke occupational therapy that builds independence, confidence and life long skills – one step at a time.

Sian Wilson – Founder
We believe that the child is at the centre of therapy and their voice needs to be heard, and, parents and families need to feel supported, informed and empowered in solutions to challenges
Led by our founder, Sian Wilson, our services combine extensive experience and up to date evidence based strategies, with a deep understanding of the emotional and developmental needs of each child and adolescent
We work closely with families, teachers and other professionals to create consistent strategies that enable children and adolescents to thrive in their home, school and communities
Sian Wilson is a qualified, highly experienced, and, HCPC and State Registered Paediatric Occupational Therapist (SROT).
For 30+ years she has provided OT services to children, young people and their families, training and consultation to parents and professionals in the community, schools and at home. This has included working in the NHS, charities, private clinics and presenting at national conferences, managing therapy services and setting up a therapy service in a school of autistic children in India. Her clinical specialism is Autistic Spectrum Condition, and she has extensive experience with children and teenagers with this diagnosis.
She is passionate about Occupational Therapy. Her approach is child-centred, holistic, supportive, positive, creative and realistic. She is a great advocate of education and growth, being up to date with the latest research using evidence-based therapy intervention practices.
At Milestones OT, we focus on more than therapy. We’re here to build lasting relationships, celebrate progress, and provide families with the tools they need to navigate every stage of their child’s development.
