An online screening assessment and strategies for sensory processing relevant to home involving questionnaire, standardised assessment (Sensory Profile – 2 ™) and strategy checklist

Outputs: Written Milestones Sensory Portrait Assessment and Strategies Report ™ The report is aimed to help parents recognise and understand their child’s sensory processing patterns, prioritise sensory strategies to help at home: also, used to add information for sensory support needs referral for schools. This is not a diagnostic assessment and cannot be used for tribunals or EHCP’s.

Life Skills Assessment

Remote evaluation of daily living, independence and executive function skills relevant to home, school and community using standardised questionnaires (e.g. Adaptive Behavior Assessment Scale)
Outputs: written report with standardised scores to highlight developmental and skill-level. This will enable individual goals, stepwise intervention suggestions and supports for home and school.
This is not a diagnostic assessment and cannot be used for tribunals
