Sensory Portrait Assessment

An online assessment of sensory processing relevant to home, school and community involving standardised questionnaires (Sensory Profile)
Outputs: sensory portrait report, prioritized strategies for regulation, environmental recommendations and accommodations.
This is not a diagnostic assessment and cannot be used for tribunals

Life Skills Assessment

Remote evaluation of daily living, independence and executive function skills relevant to home, school and community using standardised questionnaires (e.g. Adaptive Behavior Assessment Scale)
Outputs: written report with standardised scores to highlight developmental and skill-level. This will enable individual goals, stepwise intervention suggestions and supports for home and school.
This is not a diagnostic assessment and cannot be used for tribunals

How it works

An online assessment involving collecting caregiver input via video observations, standardised parent/caregiver questionnaires and interview questionnaires to create a holistic assessment.
Assessment information, protocols and questionnaires are emailed to parent for completion
Once OT receives all completed information, the data will be scored and analysed, and a report written with functional recommendations is then emailed back to parents.
Optional follow-up coaching or intervention packages can then be scheduled on request
